TARC Legacy Group provides digital educational services to help homeowners understand their insurance coverage. Because our services are delivered digitally, our refund policy reflects the nature of these offerings.


Coverage Score – Free Tool

The Coverage Score Tool is provided at no charge. No payment is collected and no refund applies.


Guided Audit – $47

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your Guided Audit report, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@tarclg.com and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

Refund requests submitted after 7 days of delivery will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.


Annual Coverage Monitor – $97/year

You may cancel your Annual Coverage Monitor subscription at any time by contacting us at info@tarclg.com.

  • If you cancel within 14 days of your initial purchase and have not yet received your first monitoring report, you will receive a full refund.
  • If you cancel after 14 days or after your first report has been delivered, your subscription will not be renewed at the next billing cycle but no partial refund will be issued for the current period.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at info@tarclg.com with the subject line “Refund Request” and include your name, purchase date, and the service purchased. We will respond within 2 business days.
